1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to D2CTap. By accessing or using our Meesho Claims Management Tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

D2CTap provides an automated platform for managing Meesho supplier accounts and submitting claims for returns, RTOs, and damaged products. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

• Multi-account Meesho supplier management
• Automated claim submission and processing
• Barcode scanning capabilities
• Video compression and file upload services
• Order tracking and management
• Analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify us of any security breach
• Accept full responsibility for any activities conducted through your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers

• Free Trial: 7 days with up to 2 Meesho accounts
• Monthly Plan: ₹999/month for 5 accounts
• Yearly Plan: ₹2,699/year for 5 accounts
• Extra Accounts: ₹50 per additional account (added to base plan)

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Razorpay payment gateway
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Trial Period

The 7-day free trial is available to new users only. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to limit or terminate free trials at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service solely for managing legitimate Meesho supplier claims.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading claims
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots (except as provided by the Service)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Meesho Account Credentials

By providing your Meesho supplier account credentials to D2CTap:

• You authorize us to access your Meesho account on your behalf
• You represent that you have the authority to provide these credentials
• You acknowledge that we will store these credentials securely
• You understand that we may use these credentials to submit claims to Meesho
• You remain responsible for all activities on your Meesho account

Important: We do not guarantee that Meesho will approve your claims. Claim approval is solely at Meesho's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by D2CTap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (images, videos, documents). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content
• Transmit your content to Meesho servers
• Compress and optimize your files
• Display your content within your account

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• D2CTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for Meesho's decisions regarding claim approvals or rejections
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions or data loss
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or services

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding security or freedom from viruses

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D2CTap, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or claims submitted through the Service

12. Account Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
• Any reason at our sole discretion

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
