1. General Policy
D2CTap operates a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans, including but not limited to:
- Monthly subscription plans (₹999/month)
- Yearly subscription plans (₹2,699/year)
- Extra account purchases (₹50 per account)
- Any promotional or discounted plans
- Upgrades or add-ons to existing subscriptions
Once a payment is made and processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, lack of usage, technical issues, or account termination.
2. Free Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial to allow you to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period:
- You have full access to the service with up to 2 Meesho accounts
- You can test all features and functionality
- You can cancel at any time without any charges
- No payment information is required to start the trial
Important: We strongly encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the service during your free trial period. Once you subscribe to a paid plan after the trial, the no-refund policy applies immediately.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Billing Cycle
- Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days from the date of purchase
- Yearly Plans: Billed every 365 days from the date of purchase
- All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
3.2 No Partial Refunds
If you cancel your subscription during an active billing period:
- Your access will continue until the end of the paid period
- No refunds will be issued for unused time
- The subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing cycle
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
3.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds under any circumstances. If you subscribe for a yearly plan and cancel after 6 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 6 months.
4. No Refunds For
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service
- Lack of Usage: If you don't use the service after purchasing
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties (we provide support to resolve issues)
- Feature Expectations: If the service doesn't meet your specific expectations
- Claim Rejections: If Meesho rejects your claims (we don't control Meesho's decisions)
- Account Suspension: If your account is suspended for Terms violation
- Service Interruptions: Brief service outages or maintenance periods
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with Meesho's platform or other external services
- Multiple Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same plan multiple times
- Pricing Changes: If pricing changes after your purchase
5. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Cancellation Effects:
- Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to the service until the paid period expires
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your billing period
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after expiration
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner. Please note:
- Payment transactions are final and irreversible once completed
- We do not store your credit card or banking information
- All payment disputes must be resolved with Razorpay
- Bank transaction fees are non-refundable
7. Exceptions (Legal Requirements)
The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a system error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was accessed without authorization and a purchase was made (subject to verification)
- Service Unavailability: If we completely shut down the service during your paid period (extremely unlikely)
- Legal Requirements: If required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
Even in these exceptional cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and will be subject to investigation and verification.
8. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptional circumstances listed above:

- Provide your account email, transaction ID, and detailed explanation
- Include supporting evidence (screenshots, bank statements, etc.)
- Allow 5-7 business days for investigation
- Receive our decision via email
Note: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All decisions are final and at our sole discretion.
9. Chargebacks
Warning About Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company for a legitimate purchase is considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You will lose access to all services and data
- Your account will be permanently banned from our platform
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to:

11. Account Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade from a yearly to a monthly plan, or reduce the number of accounts:
- Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the difference in plan cost
- You must continue paying for the current plan until it expires
- Contact support to arrange the downgrade
12. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. However, any changes will not affect the refund policy that was in place at the time of your purchase.
